Day:1 (15/12)
Working Schedule: A= 10-2.30pm, 5.30-10pm
Duty: Floor ppl

10-10.30: Briefing n intro of some staffs by asst. manager,Shermaine
10.30-11.30-sweep, mop the floor. Set tables, get lunch sets rdy...
11.30-2.30-learning n doing common drinks, esp hot green tea (eg. soft drinks, machine, coolers n teas)
* the teas, coolers are all hand-made, not by the machine
lemon cooler- 45ml lemon syrup+3/4 soda+1/4 ice stir well + lemon + straw = done

lemon tea- 45ml lemon syrup+ 3/4 lipton tea+1/4 ice stir well +lemon +straw= done
there are many types of drinks!
so im BUZZY!!
but i dunno alcoholic drinks yet.
hahas!
2.30-4-->eat
4-5.30--> read menu n try to remember.
*IT'S DAMN DIFFICULT OK??!!
btw i ALWAYS forget, the jap word for EXCUSE ME! when i have to say it EVERYTIME!

manager asked miie if i will get drunk, i said "No"
den he walked off...

Duty: Asst. caller

I'm Asst. caller for the whole day................
but @ night, runners are busy so some of the drinks i made, i serve.
i ate tsukune- homemade minced chicken meatballs, 2 california maki (leftover from lunch set) n a chicken stew made by the kitchen.
I'M SUPER HUNGRY LA!
i ate @ home around 9plus 10
my break ish @ 5.30!!!!n ish 1 hr break nia
i have to eat rice every break n make sure im darn bloody full cos of hungern to make sure i dun starve until the end of work
after work, i eat agn...
hahas!


Day:3 (17/12 - today)
Working Schedule: 12-9pm
Duty: Runner

I'm a runner for the whole of today...
afternoon v boring...
den another Asst. manager who came today, Pennie tell miie to memorize the skewers menu, 1st 2 pages, she will test miie.
Around 20 altogether lehs!

practically everything i nid to know abt the skewers...
i stop serving n jus read n memorize

It's 5.30!
I'M RESCUED!
But the manager oso say he will test miie the whole menu 1 fine day.

I copied the skewers n sashimi menu in my mini notebk i bring everytime to work...
SCARED SIA!

oh ya!
1 thing that made miie happy throughout the rest of the day!
there was a lady @ Table 73, around 7.30-8.30...

i was refilling the hot green tea.
i refilled that table twice...
den 1 of the ladies dere said..
"The service here ish EXCELLENT, I'm so glad that i'm able to dine here..."
i hear liao...
