today training . haiz . starting alreadiie so tough . haha . mr gwee wans us to sprint 1 round of e hall den do zhan ma . wait for other 2 teams to finish 1 round den we continue sprint . haiz . we do 5 rounds . 1st round alreadiie panting . siao lehz ! still can tahan 5 rounds. not bad for miie lahz . . haha . guixin lik juz finish bathing , sweat until e whole body . . haha . later we juz continue train lorx . today nth much to sae la . keke . oh ya ! jiao lian today treat us PIZZA !! haha =) we lik e seventh month ghosts lik tat . haha . so hungry ! pity tat e pepsi dun hav ice. den i tink we will finish all . . haha . btw audition i finally lvl 6 le . haha . i wan buy clothes for my avatar !!! i so so so wish i could dance lik tat !! wanna learn ! but first , MUZ SLIM DOWN 1ST !!! quite impossible wif my big appetite & my mouth so itchy . . always wan eat !! haiz !

yesterday our training change from 9-12 to 3-6 but still go skool early cos got meeting to discuss abt our coming volleyball camp @ 20 , 21 , 22 Dec . . wa . we discuss until siao . so many physical to do sia . . do until siao . . die liao ! my physical so lan lorx . haiz ! we run 10 round in our school for warm-up . for e 1st time i nev stop but oso 1st time so slow. . my back oso very pain . . SO TIRED !!! training oso veri tough lorx . . i ping wif all my might . . alreadiie no strength le . . sian . halfway , feel lik my leg wan cramp liao . . still muz tahan . . e whole day ish juz simply veri tiring ! lynette still ask miie wan go gym next day anot . . haha . she very ping . wan do beta . . but e way she doin ish hurting herself . . hope she improve but @ e same time dun hurt herself . . yesterday skipped training . actually wan come wan den mom wanna visit ah gong . . so cant go training . . so we went out wif mom . in e morning go hospital visit ah gong until afternoon . den we go orchard shop-shop . so happy got new clothes !!! but onli 1 new clothes . sian . if got more money i will buy so many things . . haha ! 3plus or 4plus , we go Mariott Hotel hav high tea . . e food dere so disgusting some more so expensive lorx . . siao ! $30 per person lehz !! haiz . 7plus we rush to kbox . . haha . we sing until our voice change , keeping ordering tidbits & drinks . . haha . keep goin toilet . . so unlucky lorx . my da yi ma come visit miie . . sian . sing until 11.45pm den we rush to catch e last train home . . reach home around 12plus den go slp le . . so tired .

today training felt quite bad . . starting from running . after first round alreadiie cant tahan . dunno ish my stamina or my cough . den later we vs jiao lian . . almost all e ball drop cos of miie . . i dunno wads wrong . . den we train our juniors . . we da dui . when lynette told miie to plae properly , i took it verii seriously . . & i reallli wanna do well . its not tat i dun wan . but i juz act lik i didnt tak it seriously . . lik joking lik tat . . but each time she sae . . i juz feel bad to worse . . i oso dunno wad i thinking . . i noe i shouldnt feel lik tat . . she still my fren & teammate after all . . btw our elementz project change to 28/11/06 if i not wrong . . haha .

today , we had an elementz research meeting held in skool & couldn't go for training . . we waited for miss ding for 30 mins . . although i was late . . we sat down and discussed abt our topic . . den we go library research . . after we got our infos . . we went to see blogs . . haha . den we sat down AGN . . rite down the apparatus , procedures . . blah blah . . den next thurs we goin hav experiment . . gotta skip training AGN ! no choice sia . . no other time available . . sobs ! :'(
