the mental skills camp was useful MAN !! u've gotta believe miie . . ha ha . VISUALIZE ! DREAMS ! GOAL SETTING ! wow ~~ all these words were found in the mental skills camp . . ha ha . i dun really know how to apply what i've learnt . but i .... aiya ! i oso dunno lahz . ha ha. bu it's useful . u know ?? ha ha . i've made new frenz too !! ha ha . we had fun . but e food dere arhs . . hais . super gross . esp 1st day's lunch . WAH !! HORRIBLE i tell u . . MUSHROOMS are free . . ha ha . but lucky 2nd days' lunch was much beta . ha ha . sia la . perhaps never play vb for so long . so easy to have muscle aches . ha ha . all over my body . hee hee . sooooo HAPPY !! cos i spiked considerably better den usual . . ha ha . den keep spiking . ha ha . LOL . but i suuuuuper happy . ha ha . tml training . hope it would be e same . ha ha . btw . those 2 days arhs . very funny sia . we keep goin to e multi-purpose hall & auditorium . . in & out , in & out . air-con , sweat , air con , sweat . . wah !! siao . ha ha.
